We offer a superb cleaning package to suite all customers/ businesses. Our aim is to please 100% giving full customer reassurance into what we specialise in. Our mission purpose is to present courteous and give a fully reconditioned look into driveways, patios, decking etc.

Nico property services don’t believe in charging by the square meter and then adding additional costs. We believe in a one fixed price for patio’s, decking, driveways or any other item you require for cleaning because we know that areas left to the outside world will need cleaning again sometime in the near future.

We price accordingly so that our customers will use us year after year because of quality cleaning and realistic pricing structures. We are even equipped for removing hard graffiti. If you find that your cleaning requirement is not listed or you would like a price for any additional work then please call us. We aim for openness and honesty every time giving a proactive response to your needs.

We use a fully integrated cleaning machine which produces a terrific 3600psi (250bar) of pressure for all stubborn ingrain dirt which literally lifts off the surface once treated with our cleaning chemical which is safe to use around the home and for pets prior to cleaning. Also pictured is our "whirl away" driveway cleaner which uses minimal water consumption, containing pressure and debris once lifted from any driveway giving incredible results first time. Our machine which provides all our pressure is a nice compact (10hp) 350cc Diesel engine on wheels so making it very accessible around the home and getting it into hard to reach areas, also our additional 20 meters of braided hose makes getting into those nuts and crannies!! very easy.

ALL OUR PRODUCTS ARE FORMULATED AS ONE COAT SYSTEMS

Nico Property Services Block Paving Sealers are High Solids, Penetrating , Pure Acrylic Resins in a neat solvent carrier.
Applied as a ONE COAT application, they will:-

Protect your block paving from oil & grease

Lock the sand into the joints

Resist further weed growth

They will not affect the wet slip resistance of your Driveway or Patio

Available in Gloss or Satin.
25 litres will treat 70 square metres.

We now have a new water based product, Top-Loc.
Please be aware that although water based sealers are described as Eco-Friendly, if they are not allowed to fully saturate the jointing sand, they will not control weed infestation and cannot be subsequently re-sealed with a solvent based sealer.
Water Based Sealers DO NOT give a "wet-look" finish.

We also offer a range of cleaners & weedkillers.
If your Block Paving is heavily weed infested, you must treat & kill the weeds prior to pressure washing & Re-Sealing!!!. Nico Property Services will carry out an inspection and make our customers aware if deep weed infestation will require a thorough "groundkill" treatment. This treatment package will stop all weeds that have been surface scraped and cleared from regrowth. This can be followed after cleaning with our selected range of sealers to put the finishing touch to your driveway, patio or paths.
